Brekkin McCready is from St. Charles, MN, where she set for St. Charles High School. She was captain, 2015 All-Conference Honorable Mention, 2016 All-Conference, 2017 All-Conference. During her Senior season, she reached the 2,000-setting milestone, was named MVP of her team, and received numerous Player of the Game awards. While at RCTC, she was part of the 3rd Place National Tournament team, Region 13A and All-Conference Championship teams, and AVCA All-Academic team. Her honors while at RCTC include Setter of the Week, MCAC Southern All-Division, MCAC All-State, All Region XIII, National Tournament All-Tournament team, MCAC All-Academic, and MCAC All-Elite team. She broke the RCTC volleyball records for individual season total set assists (1,235) and per game set average (11.23). She was on the President’s and Dean’s Lists. Her parents are Jason and Heather. She has one older sister, Easton. Her major at RCTC is General Studies. Her favorite movie is The Call. Her favorite sports team is the Minnesota Vikings. Her favorite food is crab. Her favorite game is Super Mario Brothers. Her favorite TV show is Keeping up with the Kardashians. A fun fact about Brekkin is that she is double jointed in her elbows. Her special talent is that she can roll her stomach. She came to RCTC to stay close to home and to continue her volleyball career.
