Rochester, MN - MCAC Release

Carrie Rutledge, outside hitter at Rochester Community & Technical College put together a strong week for the Yellowjackets on the way to being named 'Hitter-of-the-Week' in MCAC Volleyball. 

Rutledge, from Hayfield, Minnesota, had 54 total kills on the week, including a 25-kill performance against NJCAA Division II NIACC.  She also collected 27 digs along the way, helping her team to a 3-0 win over Bethel's JV team, a 3-0 MCAC Southern Division win over SCTCC and a 3-1 triumph over NIACC. 

Rochester will travel to the DMACC Invitational tournament on Friday, October 5 and Saturday October 6 in their next set of matches
