RCTC Yellowjackets Place Nine at Luther Open
This past Saturday Rochester Community and Technical College competed at the Luther Open in Decorah, IA. This tournament brought in around 300 wrestlers from 20 teams representing NCAA, NAIA, and NJCAA schools.
Leading the Yellowjackets winning championships were Parker Huss (Jordan, MN) 133S and Shane Siewert (Lake City, MN) 174S wrestling unattached.
"Parker has been a great addition to our program. He is exciting to watch and very technical as a wrestler. He picked up three pins on the day and those bonus points will be huge in duals. I'm also excited to see Shane compete officially as a Yellowjacket second semester," said Coach Randy Rager.
