Men's basketball coaches from around the Minnesota College Athletic Conference took time recently to recognize the top student-athletes from the NJCAA Region XIII ranks.
The ten-man team - highlighted by top vote getters Kong Kong, Rochester CTC and Tyree'on Johnson, Central Lakes College - has been released and is listed below. Rochester Community & Technical College head coach Brian LaPlantewas awarded Coach-of-the-Year honors.
