Rochester, MN - Region XIII of the NJCAA announced yet another post-season honor for RCTC Sophomore men's basketball player Jumah'Ri Turner. The Region announced Tuner as the Most Valuable Player in Region XIII as well as earning First Team All-Region Honors.
Turner, who helped lead the Yellowjackets to a 24-6 overall record, averaged 22.0 points per game on the season to lead the team. He shot nearly 50% from the floor and over 37% from beyond the arc. Jumah'Ri was #2 in league in scoring and #1 in the league in free throw percentage at 84.6.
